Watertown Savings Bank - Waltham Waltham,Massachusetts

The site was the original home of Waltham Bank in 1836. That structure was razed and replaced with a new three-story brick office building in the mid 1880’s. Royal Design’s new renovation called for stripping away the art deco exterior and exposing the old brick arches and brownstone lintels of the original building. The new design, although not an historic renovation, is sensitive to the style of the original architecture.
