For this regional chain of pizza stores; brand identity is important to all of their location designs. The latest site at the Steeplegate Mall is no exception. Formally a Sbarro Pizza store, Roman Delight was able to utilize a majority of the equipment left behind. A new design for the storefront was developed using the Mall’s criteria. Submissions were required to be reviewed and approved by the Mall’s owner in Chicago, Illinois. Once approved, Royal Design developed all the necessary contract documents for the complete renovation of the retail fit-out.
