Florence Savings Bank - Main Office Florence,Massachusetts

Beset by their lack of physical space, Florence Savings Bank urgently needed to expand their headquarters. A new 16,000 square foot addition was added to their existing facility. Additionally, a new main entrance lobby was designed to replace the old one, which seemed more like a back entrance. The new lobby incorporates the entrance into the bank as well as access to the elevator in a common space. A twenty-five foot by twelve foot metal and glass skylight feature highlights the new addition. This provides much needed natural light to the basement of the addition, which in turn creates a very suitable working environment for office use.
