Danvers Savings Bank - Lending Center Danvers,Massachusetts

Danvers Savings Bank’s new 12,000 square foot Lending Center is not only part of a larger rejuvenation effort for the downtown area of Danvers, MA, but is also a response to their need for an expanded customer/employee service facility. Design cues were taken from the bank’s main office, which is directly adjacent to the property. A large limestone archway capped by a 144 square foot skylight is the primary design feature along Danvers’ main thoroughfare. This element is actually an abstraction of the bank’s logo. The use of limestone and brick reflects the permanence of the bank as an institution in the community for over 150 years. The Lending Center not only provides offices for the loan services department, but also offers a 50-seat community room, two conference rooms and an employee lounge, training room, and locker room facility.
