A 1983 graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a B.A. in Economics, Ted has been involved in all aspects of architecture, construction, and construction management as it relates to financial institutions throughout New England. He is committed to the implementation of technology as a tool in the delivery method for design and construction services. His construction expertise has provided the necessary foundation for the integration of architecture and construction management into a holistic approach to professional services. Jim Schwartz

A 1973 graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Jim has been involved in all aspects of design and construction at Royal Design for over 19 years. His experience makes him uniquely qualified as a liaison between our customers and the design and construction management teams. His construction expertise, combined with his management style, set the standards of professionalism for the entire staff. His participation at all levels of management will continue to be paramount to the continued growth of the firm.

Paul H. Bourbeau, AIA

Paul is a 1983 graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelors Degree in Architecture. He is a registered architect in the states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts, and brings with him an extensive background in commercial, residential and institutional design and construction. His vision for a full service architectural firm, with an emphasis on customer service and quality design, is the driving force behind the growth of the division. As the head of the architectural team, Paul is committed to providing the best possible service to our clients while maintaining a collaborative environment that nurtures success throughout the design and construction process.

Bruce Reed
Senior Designer

Bruce attended Norwalk State Technical College and Western Connecticut State University. As a senior designer, Bruce has been responsible for providing continuity in design philosophy from the initial concept phase through the construction of each project. His attention to detail through all aspects of design and contract document production has added a consistent level of quality to the work at Royal Design. Bruce exemplifies the professional level of commitment to quality and detail necessary to thrive in the design and building industry today.

Peter Vrettos
Founder

Peter started Royal Design Builders, Inc. in 1972. Before Royal Design, he was a National Sales Manager for the bank building division of C.I.T. Financial. This experience coupled with his dedication to his staff and customers, provided the necessary impetus for the sustained growth of the company throughout his tenure. Today, he continues as special consultant on a variety of projects.
